About the Role
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and creative Marketing Associate who enjoys connecting with people, exploring new opportunities, and bringing ideas to life.

The role involves supporting and executing marketing initiatives, identifying potential partnerships, promoting events, generating leads, and building relationships with schools, communities, brands, and other partners.

What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, Events, or a related field is preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in making calls, conducting meetings, and interacting with new people
* Good networking and relationship-building skills
* Creative and proactive approach to marketing
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Ability to take ownership and work independently
* Good working knowledge of Google Workspace
* Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru for meetings and promotional activities
* A two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

Pay: ₹9,854.58 - ₹30,000.00 per month
