Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and residential societies to promote IIT MEDICO GUIDE programs.
• Coordinate and conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and student-parent interactions.
• Conduct home visits and counselling sessions with students and parents for admissions.
• Generate leads through field marketing, events, referrals, and local outreach activities.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents and assist them throughout the admission process.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, coaching institutes, and local communities.
• Support other marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and admission drives as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting students/parents.
• Basic understanding of IIT-JEE and NEET preparation.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Energetic, presentable, and target-oriented.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in education sales/marketing will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
