Job Description:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting property listings through engaging online advertisements across digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels. The role involves managing client inquiries, generating leads, and coordinating with the marketing and sales team by referring interested buyers. This position plays an important role in supporting successful property transactions and strengthening the company’s marketing reach and expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) both online and face-to-face
• Create and publish real estate advertisements on various social media platforms
• Respond to inquiries and engage with potential clients professionally
• Generate and qualify client leads
• Refer interested buyers to the marketing and sales team
• Assist in achieving team sales and engagement targets
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain professionalism and proper communication with clients and team members

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
