Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to support the bank’s marketing and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in developing marketing campaigns, promoting banking products and services, and strengthening customer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Promote the bank’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.
• Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, email, and other communication platforms.
• Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with the bank’s policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Analytical, creative, and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
