💁🏻 You're perfect if:

• 1+ year of experience in content, social media, marketing, media preferred.
• You think in content — hooks, formats, trends, pacing and what makes people stop scrolling.
• You’re genuinely creative, have great taste, and constantly have new ideas.
• You’re proactive, organised, and enjoy both coming up with ideas and getting them out the door.

🔍 About the role:

As we ramp up our content and creative output, you’ll be a big part of helping us grow our social presence across platforms. This will include:

• Coming up with content ideas, formats and creative concepts across Reels, carousels, Stories and more.
• Managing social media calendars and keeping content moving from idea to publish.
• Helping script and develop content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and paid channels.
• Being involved in YouTube content from ideation and research to scripting, shoots, thumbnails and titles.
• Working with creators, editors, designers and agencies to turn ideas into great content, quickly.
• Looking at what’s working, understanding why, and using those learnings to make the next piece better.

🎯 What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong eye for quality, aesthetics and detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and moving quickly.
• Willing to be on camera, on shoots and wherever the work needs you.
• Most importantly: creativity, curiosity, initiative, taste and a bias towards making things better.

No prior experience in healthcare is needed. We care much more about how you think, what you notice and what you’ve made.
