Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and people-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing activities while contributing to company culture, employee engagement, and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content for social media and internal communications.
• Support social media management and basic digital marketing activities.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement and culture-building activities.
• Organize team-building activities, celebrations, events, and internal campaigns.
• Come up with creative ideas to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Support company branding and other marketing initiatives.
• Track and report engagement and activity outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 0–6 months of experience in marketing, employee engagement, event coordination, or a related area.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas.
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable interacting with different teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media and tools such as Canva is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship, university event, or society experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
