Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Associate to promote banking products and services, acquire new customers, and drive account opening. The successful candidate will help expand the institution's customer base while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers.

• Open bank accounts and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.

• Promote banking products and services to potential customers.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Explain available banking services and account features.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Meet assigned marketing, customer acquisition, and account-opening targets.

• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements

• BSc with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND with Upper Credit.

• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.

• Good customer relationship-management abilities.

• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Previous sales, marketing, or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• ₦215,000 net monthly.

• HMO coverage.

• Opportunity to sit for a conversion examination after 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion and subject to the institution's requirements.
