Position Overview

CP Cases is seeking a creative, motivated, and self-driven Marketing Associate to manage and execute our U.S. marketing activities. This hands-on position encompasses digital marketing, technical content development, print advertising, trade shows, brand management, and lead generation.

Serving customers in the defense, aerospace, engineering, and advanced manufacturing industries, we need someone who can combine fresh marketing ideas with the technical accuracy and professionalism our customers expect.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes ownership of projects, brings new ideas to the table, and can independently turn those ideas into results.

We value initiative, creativity, accountability, and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, collaborating across departments, and taking ownership of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Manage website content, social media (primarily LinkedIn), email campaigns, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Technical Content: Develop accurate and engaging product literature, technical articles, capability statements, brochures, and customer presentations in collaboration with engineering and sales teams.
• Creative & Print Marketing: Create and coordinate advertisements, promotional materials, photography, video content, and branded graphics.
• Trade Shows & Events: Plan and coordinate U.S. exhibitions, including booth design, logistics, promotional campaigns, and post-event lead follow-up. Attend events as required.
• Lead Generation: Develop targeted campaigns, research new market opportunities, and support sales initiatives through marketing and CRM activities.
• Brand Management: Maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across digital and print channels, coordinating with international colleagues when appropriate.
• Marketing Planning & Reporting: Manage marketing schedules, projects, vendors, and budgets while tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical products and manufacturing capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage projects independently.

Preferred:

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or technical industry.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, defense, aerospace, or industrial markets.
• Familiarity with website management, SEO, analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing.
• Experience coordinating trade shows and producing photography or video content.

Relevant practical experience, a strong portfolio, and demonstrated ability will be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
