Position Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to own the day-to-day performance marketing for our business. This role is focused on driving a steady flow of quality leads and customers through our digital channels. You'll manage our paid campaigns, keep lead volume on track, and make the adjustments needed to hit our goals. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams.

This is a great fit for someone who likes being on the ad platforms every day, enjoys digging into the numbers, and wants real ownership of results.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor daily lead volume and pacing, and adjust campaigns to keep a consistent flow of quality leads
• Manage paid campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms, including budgets, bids, keywords, negative keywords, audiences, and ad copy
• Track lead quality alongside the sales team, using CRM data to identify what's working and where spend is being wasted
• Maintain conversion and call tracking, including UTM parameters, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
• Make updates to our website and landing pages in WordPress, including content edits, form changes, and conversion improvements
• Plan and run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email
• Build regular performance reports covering metrics like cost per lead, contact rate, and channel performance
• Coordinate with vendors and freelancers on ad creative and other marketing projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in performance or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads or similar ad platforms
• Comfort working with data in Google Analytics, spreadsheets, or reporting dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot problems in campaign or lead data quickly
• Clear communication and the ability to explain results to both marketing and sales teams
• Self-starter who can manage priorities with minimal oversight

Nice to Have:

• Background in life insurance, financial services, or another lead generation business
• Experience with WordPress, Google Tag Manager, or call tracking tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
• Understanding of marketing compliance in regulated industries, such as TCPA consent rules
