The ideal candidate should have strong client acquisition and relationship-management skills with a proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire customers through calls, references, digital channels and other sources.
• Promote and sell financial products/services to prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain regular interaction with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and followups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products and competitor activities.

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant sales/marketing experience.
• Candidates with experience in Share Broking, Stock Market, Equity Trading, Insurance Sales or other Financial Products will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Basic understanding of shares, stock market, trading, broking or insurance products will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a proven track record in B2C sales / direct sales / financial product sales are preferred.
