About the role

Marketing position focused on B2B and event management for Legita Cakes & Cafe. The role involves developing event ideas and plans, establishing vendor partnerships to support event success, identifying B2B customers (institutions, companies, etc.) to become Legita Cakes customers, and building professional relationships while supporting B2B customer requests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ideas and create event plans for Legita Cakes & Cafe
• Establish and manage cooperation with various vendors to ensure event success
• Identify and pursue B2B customers (institutions, companies, etc.) as potential Legita Cakes customers
• Build professional relationships and support B2B customer requests
• Work in the field and follow operational event requirements

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field
• Experience in marketing, sales, B2B, events, or business development is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with extensive networking
• Proactive in identifying and developing new B2B customer opportunities
• Creative with ability to provide event ideas and concepts that are attractive and aligned with brand
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Presentation skills and ability to create proposals and cooperation offers
