Marketing B2B

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in a B2B industry
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and learning agility are welcome to apply
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and able to drive
• Willing to be based in Ngoro, Mojokerto

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers for packaging and beverage products
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships through proactive communication and excellent service
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery
• Handle sales administration, reporting, and documentation accurately
• Conduct customer visits and product inspections to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
