About the role
We are seeking a Marketing professional to join our sales and business development team at KF21 LOGISTICS SERVICES. This is a full-time position based in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing representative, you will play a key strategic role in driving business growth, generating new sales opportunities and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that attract new clients, strengthen existing relationships and position KF21 LOGISTICS SERVICES as a leading logistics provider in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to generate qualified leads and drive business development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics sector, including potential corporate and enterprise clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular engagement and follow-up
• Create compelling marketing materials, presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our services and value proposition
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with new clients
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates and sales outcomes
• Represent KF21 LOGISTICS SERVICES at industry events, trade shows and networking functions to enhance brand visibility
• Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, sales pipeline and business development progress
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies and digital content

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, ideally within the logistics, transportation or supply chain industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and customer relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the logistics industry, including freight forwarding, warehousing or supply chain services
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred
