What they need
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Health (S.KM), Nursing (S.Kep), or Communication/Marketing with a strong background in the medical industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Physician Relations or Medical Representative role within pharmaceutical/medical device companies, Hospital Liaison, or B2B Healthcare Marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving visit targets and growing partnership networks.
- Possesses an existing database or network mapping of independent practicing physicians, clinics, Puskesmas (Public Health Centers), insurance companies, and insurance agents.
- Hospital Operations & Referral Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical referral flows (for self-pay/out-of-pocket patients, private insurance, and BPJS) as well as basic healthcare partnership regulations.
- Ability to design and execute scientific events such as Medical Symposia, CME (Continuing Medical Education), or Referring Physician Gatherings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to analyze referral patient trends, visit coverage, and calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) of partnership initiatives.
- Holds a valid Driver's License (SIM A / SIM C) and is willing to conduct routine field visits.
- Strong Interpersonal & Personal Attributes (Soft Skills).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
