หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ค้นหาและหาลูกค้าใหม่ พร้อมทั้งรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแล
- มุ่งเน้นการค้นหาและเข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายที่สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบธุรกิจและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
- มีบทบาทสำคัญในการค้นหา คัดกรอง และประเมินลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ สำหรับการนำเสนอโซลูชันด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR Solutions)
- วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจและขยายเข้าสู่กลุ่มตลาดเป้าหมาย
- คิดและวางแนวคิดในการจัดทำคอนเทนต์สำหรับช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น Email Marketing, Facebook, YouTube และ Press Release เพื่อส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์และประชาสัมพันธ์บริษัท
- ดูแลและปรับปรุงข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ประสานงานและดูแลการจัดกิจกรรม (Event Coordinator) เช่น ดูแลจุดลงทะเบียน และการดำเนินงานในงาน Exhibition และ Roadshow เพื่อให้การจัดงานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลหลังเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมหรืออีเวนต์ (Event Summary Report)
