岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

1. 协助营销总监搭建业务的营销体系，结合公司需求建立营销模式； Assist the Marketing Director in building the business marketing system and establishing marketing models based on company needs.
2. 负责基建领域及岩土领域（软土地基处理）开拓推进，对接客户资源，开发潜在目标客户； Responsible for business development in infrastructure and geotechnical fields (soft soil foundation treatment), connecting with client resources, and developing potential target customers.
3. 建立大客户资源库，与客户建立常态化沟通机制； Build a key client resource database and establish regular communication mechanisms with clients.
4. 关注行业动态，定期调研收集并反馈相关客户的动态信息； Monitor industry trends, conduct regular research, and collect and report client-related updates.
5. 协助业务部门做好工程款项的结算和回笼工作； Assist the business department in project payment settlement and fund recovery.
6. 配合部门营销总监确保完成经营任务； Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure business objectives are achieved.

任职要求 / Requirements:

1. 水利电力类、土木工程、建筑学、工民建、市场营销等相关专业； Degree in Hydropower, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 具有建筑工程施工行业工程/技术/商务/营销等相关工作经验； Relevant work experience in engineering, technical, commercial, or marketing roles within the construction industry.
3. 深入了解软土地基处理等业务领域，包括行业趋势、相关客户架构关系、各类项目开发投标流程及方法、工程施工要点等； In-depth knowledge of soft soil foundation treatment, including industry trends, client structures, project development bidding processes and methods, and key construction practices.
4. 具有一定的大客户资源有限考虑； Possess certain key client resources (preferred).
5. 具有较强的业务开拓能力，敏锐的市场洞察力，外联公关能力，抗压能力； Strong business development skills, sharp market insight, external communication/public relations ability, and resilience under pressure.
6. 马来西亚华人，精通汉语、英语、马来语优先。 Malaysian Chinese candidates fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay are preferred.
