About the role

PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA' is seeking a driven and passionate Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Demak, Central Java, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing and communication strategies to support our growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively promote our products and services
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials and presentations
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms
• Organise and coordinate marketing events, trade shows and other promotional activities
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for improvement
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity is maintained across all marketing collateral

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve shared goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Textile, Garment or a related field
• Fluent In English
