About the role

PT Goldensnack Mas Sejahtera is a growing snack food company with its manufacturing facility located in Kendal, Central Java. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our business growth through market development, marketing initiatives, brand activities, and consumer-focused strategies. The placement is in Pulomas, East Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns to support business and brand objectives

• Conduct market research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

• Identify potential market opportunities, customer segments, and new business channels

• Develop promotional activities and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and product performance

• Support brand positioning and product development based on market insights and consumer needs

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders

• Prepare regular marketing reports, market analysis, and recommendations for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, consumer behavior, and brand development
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, or brand activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to be placed in Pulomas, Jakarta Timur
