Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.

* Plan and execute promotional programs, events, and campaigns.

* Manage digital advertising, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

* Direct and monitor the content team’s tasks and progress.

* Coordinate promotional activities with each department head.

* Monitor marketing performance, sales targets, and budgets.

* Prepare monthly management reports, evaluations, and action plans.

* Take overall responsibility for marketing performance and revenue growth.

Requirements:

* Experience in marketing or a related role.

* Hospitality, F&B, or beauty industry experience is preferred.

* Skilled in marketing strategy, digital advertising, planning, and reporting.

* Creative, organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

* Able to analyze campaign results and sales performance.

* Good English communication skills
