About the role

Tri-Summit Lending Investor, Inc. is seeking for a talented Marketing professional to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in building our brand presence and driving overall business growth. As a Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our market position, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the account and relationship management space.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target audience needs
• Create compelling marketing content and materials for digital and traditional channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with other teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial services marketing

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or lending business is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive marketing decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is advantageous
• Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to execution
• Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry, including regulatory considerations
• Creative thinking combined with a results-driven approach to marketing initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities
