This role involves preparing and summarizing reports on sales and marketing data, planning stock management to align with market demand, controlling and managing special activities and booth campaigns both in Bangkok and other provinces, coordinating with relevant departments, and performing other assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and summarize reports on sales and marketing data
• Prepare competitor comparison reports for assigned product categories
• Conduct target market situation analysis and market research for assigned product categories to better understand target customers and support effective sales growth
• Analyze market data, conduct market surveys and research, and prepare reports to support the development of sales promotion plans and activities
• Plan and manage stock management to align with market demand
• Control and manage special activities and booth campaigns in Bangkok and other provinces
• Represent the Channel Marketing team in communicating marketing strategies, plans, and execution guidelines to sales teams across different channels
• Coordinate with relevant departments
• Perform other assigned tasks as directed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pivot, and Vlookup at a good level
• Minimum 3 year of experience in FMCG industry
• Experience in Traditional Trade (TT) and Modern Trade (MT) marketing channels
• Leadership qualities, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities
• Good personality, interpersonal skills, and service-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
• Good English communication skills
• Able to travel as required
• Strong emotional resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure
