About the role

As the Marketing Rubber Compound at PT Seongsan International, you will play a vital role in driving the company's marketing and communication strategies. In this full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for promoting the company's range of rubber compound products and services to a diverse customer base.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's rubber compound products
2. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the rubber compound industry
3. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment with customer need
4. Analysing marketing performance metrics and providing recommendations for continuous improvemen
5. Supporting the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing and communication strategies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing the rubber compound industry or manufacturing company
2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
5. Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
