We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Associate / Sr. Associate who can bring our brand to life offline — through events, communities, partnerships, PR, and meaningful experiences.

What you’ll do

You will lead the execution of Summit’s offline marketing and communications initiatives, including:

• Plan and execute workshops, conferences, training showcases, anniversaries, and other events
• Manage on-site logistics, vendors, production, and event budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, communities, associations, and strategic partners
• Develop and manage co-marketing and brand partnership initiatives
• Draft press releases, media materials, and other PR communications
• Maintain media and journalist relationships and coordinate media coverage
• Support crisis communications and ad-hoc media requests, with sensitive matters escalated appropriately
• Coordinate the production of offline marketing materials, event branding, signage, and other collateral
• Work with external vendors, freelancers, agencies, photographers, and event production partners
• Track and report event, community, partnership, and offline marketing performance

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in event management, community/partnership marketing, PR, or related fields
• Strong experience coordinating events, vendors, venues, and production logistics
• Basic media relations experience, including press release writing and media list management, is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confident representing the brand and engaging with external stakeholders
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia writing skills; working English is preferred
• Creative, agile, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure
• High ownership and strong communication skills
