Marketing Communication

Job Responsibilities

1. Research the market and build a database of potential partners (brands, affiliates, KOLs, media, communities, organizations).
2. Manage the full partnership cycle — from pitching and negotiating to signing collaboration agreements (MoUs).
3. Plan and execute Evernext's major marketing campaigns across all divisions (Marketplace, Live Streaming, Social Media, Affiliate, KOL, Ads).
4. Maintain partner relationships through regular CRM communication, follow-ups, and campaign updates.
5. Manage the Brand Ambassador Program and signature IP campaigns (e.g., Evernext Goes to School/Campus) end-to-end.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, ensure partners fulfill agreement terms, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Competencies

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields, minimum GPA 3.00 — fresh graduates welcome.
2. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.
3. Understands marketing communication, partnership management, and affiliate/KOL marketing, with strong communication and negotiation skills to build partnerships end-to-end (including MoUs).
4. Experienced in CRM, campaign planning, cross-functional coordination, and working with data/reports.
5. Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and evaluating campaign performance.
