Marketing Communication

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication or a similar role.
• Experience in the Fashion and/or Retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, communicative, and detail-oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude, professional, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Marketing Communication strategies and programs to increase brand awareness.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate communication and promotional needs with internal teams and external parties.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs/influencers, agencies, vendors, and other related parties.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, activations, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Develop and ensure that all communication and promotional materials are aligned with the brand identity and image.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Prepare reports on Marketing Communication activities and campaign results.
