Marketing Communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Manage social media administration and customer inquiries, including restaurant reservations
• Create engaging, relevant content aligned with the brand
• Develop social media, content, and promotional strategies
• Conduct customer mapping and build relationships with potential customers, communities, KOLs, and partners
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities
• Support and coordinate event activations, from preparation to execution
• Represent the brand at events with strong public speaking skills
• Support marketing activities, events, and brand activations on-site
• Stay updated with the latest social media and content trends

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Communication, Marketing, Public 3. Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marcom, Social Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media management and content creation
• Creative, communicative, and confident in public speaking
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Highly mobile and able to travel to various event and activation locations; own transportation preferred
• Based in Jakarta and surrounding areas preferred
• Required to submit portfolio and active social media accounts with the application
