Marketing Communication Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, presentations, project visualizations, and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for construction companies, developers, and building projects.
• Design and edit promotional videos, project timelines, before-after videos, construction progress reels, and explainer videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Produce engaging content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, tender presentations, and brand storytelling in the construction sector.
• Quickly create social media posts, banners, infographics, and 3D render visualizations using Canva and Adobe tools.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing & basic motion graphics)
• Strong branding and marketing skills — ability to turn marketing briefs into powerful visual communication.
• Experience or strong enthusiasm in the construction industry, architecture, or building design is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction visuals (site progress, architectural renders, technical drawings, project showcases) will be a big advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work (construction/architecture-related work is a plus).
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends and visual storytelling.
• Able to understand project briefs, join meetings, and implement feedback. Full fluency is not required — clear communication is sufficient.
• Ability to work independently, be creative, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English is a Must
• Willing to be place in Cakung, East Jakarta
