Marketing Promotion & Campaign

• Support the execution of offline marketing activities, including flyering, promotional activities, and brand activation to increase WonderMind’s visibility and awareness.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials at targeted locations and ensure materials are properly delivered to the target audience.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
• Support the team in monitoring and documenting the results of promotional activities.

Event & Mall Activation

• Assist in the preparation and execution of mall events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for WonderMind.
• Support event setup, on-site activities, visitor engagement, and post-event activities.
• Assist in coordinating with mall management, vendors, partners, and other external parties when needed.
• Help ensure all event and promotional activities are executed smoothly and according to the planned schedule.

Lead Management & Data Administration

• Collect and record leads obtained from flyering, mall events, and other promotional activities.
• Input, organize, and maintain lead data accurately in the designated database or system.
• Assist in categorizing and updating lead information to ensure the database remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare simple reports on the number and sources of leads generated from promotional activities.
• Support the Marketing team in monitoring lead follow-ups and conversion progress when required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with people in public areas and events.

• Comfortable working in a field-based environment, including malls, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to engage directly with potential customers.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling and managing lead data.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.

• Willing to work on weekends or outside regular office hours when required for events or promotional activities.

• Previous experience in marketing, event, sales promotion, or customer engagement is a plus.

• Job Opportunity:

• 3-6 month internship with the possibility of promotion to a full-time Marketing role based on performance.

Laptop allowance and paid internship (IDR 175,000/day).

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM – 2 PM).
