• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, customer events, and digital promotions.
• Assist in social media content creation and management (WeChat, Weibo, etc.).
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM records, and track marketing leads.
• Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight collection.
• Coordinate with vendors and support budget tracking for marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing and product support.
• Participate in various marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives. Who We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s students are preferred.
• Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or market research is a plus.
• Interested in B2B and industrial marketing.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 主要职责：

• 负责市场线索（Leads）收集、CRM系统数据维护及相关跟进工作。
• 开展市场调研和竞争对手分析，收集行业信息及客户反馈，为市场决策提供支持。
• 协助供应商管理、预算跟踪及市场活动相关协调工作。
• 支持销售团队提供产品资料、市场工具及其他业务支持材料。
• 参与跨部门合作项目，完成市场部日常运营及其他相关工作。 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商科、传播类相关专业优先； 2. 硕士在读优先； 3. 有市场营销、市场调研或传播相关实习经历者优先； 4. 对B2B及工业品营销感兴趣； 5. 良好的中英文表达与沟通能力； 6. 积极主动，责任心强，注重细节； 7. 具备良好的团队协作、组织协调及多任务管理能力。 任职公司：伟迪捷（上海）标识技术有限公司 工作地点：上海市长宁区福泉北路518号 （近地铁2号线淞虹路，通勤时间段内有短驳车接送） 有长线班车可供乘坐，工作时间可弹性工作
