Job Highlight

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and accurate website content updates, including annual content audits, stakeholder reviews, CMS updates and agency coordination for more complex changes.
• Support the creation, editing and adaptation of marketing materials, including social media videos and other communication collateral, and coordinate stakeholder approvals.
• Provide procurement support by sourcing and comparing quotations, raising purchase orders and maintaining PO tracking records in accordance with procurement guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support, including meeting coordination, checking agency artwork, maintaining digital assets and supporting monthly service reporting.

Skills/Experience Required

• Minimum Degree in Marketing
• At least 1 years of marketing-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator, or Sitecore CMS/HTML would be advantageous.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with strong project and time management abilities.
