The Marketing Communications Team of Milton Exhibits is hiring an in-house position - Marketing Communications Assistant/Executive.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries & complaints;
• Manage database for customer relationship management;
• Compile presentation documents for business pitching;
• Manage and update branding materials;
• Prepare copywriting and layout design for marketing materials;
• Create and edit marketing content, including promotional videos, event highlights, etc.;
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure high quality of deliverables;
• Conduct market research when necessary;
• Perform adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant discipline;
• 1-2 years of work experience in corporate marketing & communications is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Good interpersonal skill with effective communications;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, graphic design software and video editing applications is an advantage;
• Independent, multi-tasking, detail-minded with can-do attitude
