Marketing Communications Associate

Marketing Communications Associate

Philadelphia, PA | Full-time | On-site

A useful message should sound clear in writing and make sense when someone asks about it in person. We are hiring a Marketing Communications Associate in Philadelphia to help create those messages and learn how people respond to them.

What you’ll do

• Draft and proofread short campaign updates, emails, and informational materials.
• Prepare talking points for local marketing activities.
• Speak with attendees or customers and answer questions accurately.
• Share common questions and feedback with the marketing team.
• Keep approved materials, revisions, and deadlines organized.

You should write clearly, listen closely, and feel comfortable speaking with people you have just met. Experience in marketing or communications is useful, but customer-facing work, student projects, events, and community organizations can also provide relevant skills. A specific degree is not required.

This is an on-site role in Philadelphia. Apply through LinkedIn with your current resume. Applicants will receive fair consideration based on their ability to perform the role, and reasonable accommodation is available through the employer’s process.
