Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinatorprovides marketing and general administrative support in the conceptualization, planning, and coordination of communications for a broad range of clients and purposes. The incumbent will assist the marketing team in all capacities to ensure the timely production of quality and cost-effective marketing and advertising materials. Typical tasks include writing and coordinating marketing, print, and online advertising materials and press releases, project coordination, drafting of corporate communications, official presentations, and writing of project proposals and sales or marketing reports as may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism with 2 to 5 years related marketing experience
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills, creativity and attention to detail
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects with limited supervision
• Effective presentation skills
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, e-mail, PowerPoint)
