Project Manager - Marketing

12 Month Contract Role

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end content creation process with key stakeholders for the planned deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal marketing teams and clients to streamline workflows and accelerate content delivery timelines.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status reports to maintain cross-functional alignment, while proactively identifying risks and escalating issues for rapid resolution.
• Establish a structured stakeholder governance cadence and communication plan to ensure ongoing alignment across all participating organizations.
• Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and budgets, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep deliverables on track.
• Coordinate rigorous review and approval workflows for all marketing assets to secure timely stakeholder signoffs.
• Facilitate formal post-project retrospectives and debriefs to capture lessons learned, assess performance against goals, and apply continuous improvement practices to future initiatives.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, asset libraries, and archives to ensure seamless team access and knowledge management.
• Collect and integrate Product Marketing Manager (PMM) inputs for Tier-1 global event, specifically regarding show floor presence, breakout sessions, and keynotes.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience related to the job description.
