Marketing Consultant

Position Overview

La Grande Residence is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Consultant to provide strategic guidance, coaching, and oversight to our existing Marketing Team. The consultant will not be responsible for day-to-day marketing execution but will serve as an advisor to help improve marketing performance, strengthen brand positioning, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate current marketing strategies, campaigns, and performance.
• Provide expert recommendations to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Mentor and guide the Marketing Team on best practices, industry trends, and campaign optimization.
• Assist in developing annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Recommend effective digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies.
• Evaluate marketing budgets and provide recommendations for maximizing ROI.
• Review marketing reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Conduct periodic strategy meetings with management and the Marketing Team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Marketing Consultant, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or similar role.
• Strong background in hospitality, real estate, serviced apartments, or related industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, branding, social media, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and mentor marketing professionals.
• Results-oriented with a track record of improving marketing performance.

Scope of Engagement

• Monthly or bi-monthly strategic review meetings.
• Marketing performance audits and recommendations.
• Consultation with management and the Marketing Team.
• Ongoing advisory support as agreed.
• Weekly coordination meetings with the LGR Operations Manager (OM) and/or General Manager (GM) for updates, reports, and operational discussions.
