Marketing Content Creator

Job Summary:
We're glad to be hiring a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of our content marketing from strategy through execution. This role is ideal for someone who can develop a content strategy using AI tools, produce and post engaging social media content, and track performance to drive real conversions — not just activity. The right candidate is a proactive, data-minded marketer who can work independently and bring structure to a content pipeline that currently exists only as ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a social media content strategy aimed at generating traffic and conversions
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to assist in content ideation and creation
• Produce social media posts, reels, and creative assets from existing ideas and concepts
• Handle post-production and publishing across social platforms
• Track content performance and conversion metrics to identify what's working
• Provide weekly strategic recommendations on content focus and formats based on data
• Turn a backlog of content ideas into a structured, consistent posting pipeline
• Report on results and adjust strategy to improve engagement and reach

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in social media content strategy and management
• Hands-on experience creating social media content (posts, reels, creative assets)
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content creation
• Able to track and interpret content performance and conversion metrics
• Strong creative eye for content and visual presentation
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide strategic input proactively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience marketing for coaches, consultants, or personal brands
• Familiarity with building content funnels tied to conversions
• Experience with paid traffic and audience measurement
• Able to work across both strategy and creative execution
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices
