Marketing Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) including captions, graphics briefs and short-form video concepts)
• Assist in planning and executing content calendars across multiple brands/entities
• Support photo and video shoots (planning, on-site coordination, basic editing)
• Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing basic reporting insights
• Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand voice and guidelines
• Stay on top of social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects, events, and campaigns as needed

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Design, or a related field
• Fresh graduates welcome prior internship, freelance, or personal project experience in content creation is a strong plus (e.g. running a social account, blog, YouTube channel, or student media project)
• Strong writing skills with good command of English (Mandarin a plus for reaching wider audiences)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
• Basic proficiency in design or editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite — even self-taught/informal experience counts)
• Comfortable using smartphone/camera for content capture
• Good eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency
