Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to jump into a busy team and provide support across a broad range of marketing and communications activities. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being involved in multiple projects at once and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Based in Auckland CBD, you'll work closely with different teams across the organisation, helping deliver campaigns, support member engagement initiatives and keep projects moving.

A bit about the role:

• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and communications
• Creating and updating marketing collateral
• Assisting with social media, website content and email communications
• Supporting events, training programmes and member initiatives
• Monitoring campaign performance and assisting with reporting
• Bringing fresh ideas and helping turn them into action

You'll likely bring:

• Previous experience in a marketing coordination or marketing support role
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
• Confidence using Canva, WordPress and the Microsoft 365 suite
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
• A relevant marketing or communications qualification would be a bonus
