As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team and help share our story with parents around the world.

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with potential to lead to further opportunities as the business grows. You'll support the marketing team across a broad mix of day-to-day activities — from content and social media to campaigns, events and everything in between. It's a hands-on role perfect for someone who's organised, creative and enthusiastic about getting involved.

What you'll be doing:

·      Assisting with marketing campaigns from concept through to execution

·      Coordinating with influencers, partners and internal teams

·      Supporting the planning, creation and scheduling of content across social media, email and web

·      Helping maintain our brand voice and visual consistency across all channels

·      Monitoring performance and pulling together reporting on key metrics

·      Assisting with general marketing administration and ad-hoc projects as needed

What we're looking for

·      Previous experience in a marketing or content role.

·      A strong writer with a good eye for detail and design

·      Confident using social media platforms and great communication skills.

·      Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

·      A proactive, positive team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves
