Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing activations within schools and educational programs.
• Organize and distribute product samples and promotional materials in hospitals, clinics, and community locations.
• Conduct door-to-door product sampling campaigns according to approved marketing plans.
• Perform market research and consumer surveys across various channels, including hospitals, clinics, supermarkets, and residential areas.
• Facilitate product testing initiatives, collect customer feedback, and report findings to the marketing team for analysis.
• Gather and document customer feedback and complaints from the field, ensuring timely communication to the relevant teams.
• Support brand promotion activities at exhibitions, festivals, events, beaches, and other public venues.
• Coordinate the delivery of prizes and giveaways for online contests, promotional campaigns, and special events.
• Maintain and update market data, including area coverage statistics, schools, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other relevant outlets.
• Conduct mystery shopping activities to monitor promotional execution and ensure compliance with merchandising and sales standards.
• Assist with additional marketing and field activation projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, field marketing, or customer engagement is a plus.
• Must be a resident of the Bekaa Lebanon region.
• Car is a must.
