About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and team with daily coordination, communication, administration, and marketing activities.

What You’ll Do

• Track tasks, deadlines, and team updates
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups
• Organise marketing files, presentations, and documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and partners
• Support social media, content, email, and campaign activities
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and trackers
• Assist with tracking marketing invoices and expenses

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of social media and marketing
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well with a team
• Experience in administration, coordination, marketing support, or similar roles is an advantage
• Arabic is an advantage
