Marketing Coordinator

Role Description This part-time remote Marketing Coordinator role at مجتمع المدينة لرأس المال البشري MHCC focuses on supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital and offline channels. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities, including events, promotional campaigns, and outreach programs. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, preparing marketing materials, drafting content for announcements and social media, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves supporting sales and engagement efforts, tracking campaign performance, and providing regular reports and updates to management. The coordinator is expected to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging messages and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Sales and customer engagement skills to support promotional activities and help drive interest in MHCC programs and services.
• Event Planning and Project Management abilities to coordinate marketing events, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms, with basic knowledge of online marketing practices.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
