We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship‑driven Marketing Coordinator to help grow our occupancy and strengthen our presence in the senior care market.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving census growth through outreach, networking, tours, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who understands the senior living landscape and can confidently guide families through the decision‑making process.

Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physicians, and senior service providers
• Conduct tours, follow‑ups, and support families through admissions
• Attend community events, networking functions, and outreach activities
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and online listings
• Maintain CRM data and track lead activity
• Represent the community with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

Marketing Coordinator Required Qualifications

• Experience working in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) or senior living environment
• Proven success in marketing, outreach, or community relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust quickly with families and referral partners
• Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families
