Job Summary

Jewel Casa is looking for an organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, content, events, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements, content, and creatives.
• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate social media content, posts, creatives, and campaign schedules.
• Support webinars, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign details, and activity records.
• Track assigned marketing activities and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and maintaining campaign data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic office tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, designers, agencies, and vendors.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Candidates with relevant marketing coordination experience will be preferred.
