- Organise and coordinate photo and video shoots, working with photographers, videographers, and content creators
- Assist with website updates, SEO, and ongoing improvements to the customer journey
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Assist with managing marketing budgets and ensuring spend is delivering strong returns
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to grow audiences and revenue
- Work closely with venue teams, promoters, suppliers, sponsors, media partners and external agencies
- Support the planning and execution of major events, promotions and seasonal campaigns
About you

- Strong knowledge of paid advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics
- A good understanding of how to turn marketing activity into measurable commercial results
- Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in hospitality, nightlife, events, entertainment and popular culture
- Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency, generate ideas, create content and enhance marketing performance
- Design and content creation experience, particularly with software such as Photoshop, InDesign, CapCut or similar
- Comfortable creating and editing social media graphics, advertising assets, and other marketing collateral
Benefits
- Competitive remuneration
- Generous staff discounts across our venues
- Flexible working arrangements
- Professional development and career growth opportunities
- The opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of hospitality, nightlife, events and entertainment brands
- A fast-paced, creative working environment where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership and see your work make a real impact
- The chance to work alongside an experienced marketing team and be involved in some of the region's biggest events, promotions and campaigns
