Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who’s not just good at coordination, but organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things moving without anything falling through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Creative, Design teams and external partners
• Coordinate Content, Artwork, Packaging, POSM & Marketing Materials
• Schedule meetings/shoots and follow up on tasks & timelines
• Organize Contracts, Documents, Trackers & Files
• Handle Expense Claims & Reimbursements for KOL & Marketing
• Track budgets and prepare documents for Finance
• Manage Samples, Gift Sets, PR Packages and marketing materials
• Support KOL Onboarding, Product Seeding & Campaign Logistics

• Good at multitasking, prioritizing, and following up
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / Google Drive
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Experience in Admin / Coordinator / Marketing Support or an interest in Beauty / Skincare / Supplements / Wellness
