Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive brand awareness through engaging marketing activities, events, social media, and live content.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Assist in organizing and managing events, roadshows, product launches, promotional activities, and other brand activities
• Act as a live host for social media (TikTok) platforms, product launches, campaigns, and promotional sessions
• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including videos, reels, and short-form content
• Develop creative marketing ideas based on current market trends and customer preferences
• Take ownership of areas where you have strong skills or expertise, and contribute your ideas to the overall marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing team to develop campaigns and content that align with our brand image
• Manage and maintain social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, marketing trends, and content formats
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, models, and influencers for marketing campaigns and photoshoots
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, event partners, and other relevant parties when required
• Monitor campaign performance and provide ideas for improvement based on customer feedback and engagement
• Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing communications
• Support other departments in marketing-related activities and projects
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or a related field
• Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Social Media, or related fields
• Passionate about marketing, social media, events, and content creation
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with the ability to host live sessions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative, energetic, outgoing, and willing to take initiative
• Able to generate creative ideas and translate them into engaging marketing content
• Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
• Willing to participate in events, live sessions, photoshoots, and promotional activities
• Good understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Candidates with strong skills in any specific area such as live hosting, content creation, event management, video production, social media, photography, or other relevant areas are highly encouraged to apply
