Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in coordination, administrative support, reporting, or a similar function. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience supporting marketing activities or projects is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Group and related projects.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and events for the team.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders to support project requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within agreed schedules.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and marketing-related documents.
• Support the team in gathering data, tracking campaign performance, and preparing status updates.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
