Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

OVERVIEW

The Role: AspiraGlobal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, content initiatives, digital marketing activities, and growth-focused projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who can execute campaigns, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing operations.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams to help drive marketing performance, support business growth, and maintain consistent execution across multiple marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Assist with content planning, content publishing, and campaign scheduling

Support social media management and audience engagement initiatives

Coordinate email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities

Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign deliverables

Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights

Assist with website content updates and landing page coordination

Coordinate marketing assets, creative requests, and stakeholder approvals

Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research

Maintain marketing documentation, workflows, and operational processes

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams on growth initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, or a related role

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution

Experience managing content, social media, email marketing, or digital campaigns

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience using marketing platforms, CRM systems, and business productivity tools

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing platforms

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation tools

Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies

Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or reporting platforms

Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, technology, recruitment, or professional services organizations

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools
