Bella Tech Global, Inc. is a fast-growing U.S. distributor of innovative Korean medical aesthetic devices and premium skincare products. We proudly serve medical spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic professionals throughout the United States.

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with company leadership to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, create compelling content, support product launches and promotional campaigns, and help strengthen our brands across digital and in-person channels.

Previous marketing experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Comprehensive paid training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Assist with social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and management
• Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, presentations, and digital assets
• Assist with website content updates and product page management
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and new product introductions
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communications
• Help develop and organize photo, video, and other visual content for marketing purposes
• Support trade shows, conferences, educational seminars, and other marketing events
• Assist with influencer, creator, and UGC marketing initiatives
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and product research to support marketing strategies
• Help maintain brand consistency across websites, social media, print materials, and other marketing channels
• Collaborate with company leadership and external partners on marketing projects
• Track marketing activities, deadlines, and campaign deliverables
• Provide general marketing support as needed

QualificationsRequired

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Creative mindset with an interest in branding, content, and digital marketing
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, branding, or communications
• Korean language proficiency (spoken and/or written) is a plus
• Experience with Canva/Adobe Suite, Wix, Shopify, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Experience creating marketing graphics, presentations, or promotional materials
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or healthcare industry
• Basic knowledge of email marketing, SEO, or digital advertising
